It’s not easy, but let’s see it …

Definition of warehouse

A simple definition might be this : a warehouse is a temporary place to store your inventory.


It acts as a buffer in supply chains.

We receive goods into the warehouse, we process orders and then we deliver the product.


Normally, you have your own warehouses and you are responsible about the wareouse management.

In some cases, you use a warehouse from a supplier, not owned by you.

In such cases you aren’t responsible about warehouse management.


You need optmize usage of your warehouses.

  • Use of space.
  • Routes to get products for an order.
  • Specific zones (receive, picking, quality, etc …)

The challenge is a warehouse optimized to reduce your dedicated time and resources.
